Terms and Conditions

Appointments can be requested through Calendly or direct contact. A booking is considered confirmed only after Platinum Detail confirms the slot and requested scope.

Clients may cancel or reschedule by contacting Platinum Detail as early as possible.

A minimum notice period of 24 hours is recommended for schedule changes.

The client must provide safe access to the vehicle at the agreed location and time.

If utilities, access, or weather conditions prevent safe completion, the appointment may be rescheduled or scope-adjusted.

Displayed package prices are starting points and not guaranteed final quotes. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due after service completion. Pre-existing damage or defects are not the responsibility of Platinum Detail.
